What next- peoplesoft?

RK is coming from chennai today. We have planned to install peoplesoft at avinashi. He promised to give us some training in peoplesoft :) Hefty pays for peoplesoft consultants created an interest in me to learn PS. Here we work very hard and get very small remuneration. We complete entire projects for mere 10k. The situation must change.
